Before reaching out to us please take the time to look for your answer below as this will help lower our response time.

How long will it take from order placement to receive my tracking number or pickup info notification?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are then processed in the order in which they are received. SUCB ships weekly; we make it our goal to get you your merchandise as soon as possible. Please note that we do not process or ship orders Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. When ordering, please keep in mind that we are a small business (PLEASE SEE ABOUT US). We do not work Holidays. If your bank is closed, so are we. During busy holidays please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled. The majority of our products are on a 14 day turnaround excluding any applicable holidays. If you do not receive your tracking by 14 business days, and/or we expect a delay we will contact you. We do not refund items because of failure to read the item description or this information. This is your responsibility as an informed consumer.


 How long from tracking does it takes to receive my order?

All orders will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and mostly Priority Mail (over a pound) unless other arrangements have been made. Priority mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS First Class or Parcel Post takes approximately 3-7 business days for delivery. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-7 days shipping time. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.

My package says delivered/shipped but I haven’t received it?

What payments do you accept?

  • Credit Card

If you use a Credit Card for your purchase from SUCB your item will ship in the order it was received and without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once SUCB has received your return in accordance with the SUCB Return Policy. 

  • PayPal

You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while you're checking out.

  • Sezzle

Checking out with Sezzle will break your order into 4 separate payments, but your order will ship immediately just like any other order.  This allows you to pay for your order over time, but still enjoy the clothes now! 

Order Cancellation:

Once a order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, edited, or changed in anyway. 

What size do I order?

All of our outfits are hand sewn and may vary a little in size. Most of our products are 97% cotton and 3% spandex. All of the products run true to size unless stated otherwise in the product description WITH THE EXCEPTION of anything under 2T(S). Smaller than 2T RUN LARGE. If you are unsure which size to purchase, please CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASING for help! We are here to assist you in anyway!

3XS: 3-6m

2XS: 6-12m

XS: 12-18m

S: 2T

M: 3T

L: 4T

XL: 5/6

2XL:: 6/7

3XL: 7/8

4XL: 8/9

5XL: 10/12

6XL: 14/16

We do not except returns or exchanges of any items due to the customer purchasing the "wrong size" or it "not fitting". We have brand reps of various sizes and ages. If you are hesitant we recommend to size up if you are ordering 2T and up or reach out to us on Facebook messenger. Ultimately, we are not responsible for your sizing choices and we are a small business. Our reps are available to answer any questions in the Facebook group about sizing prior to ordering.

As a small business we respect that you have a ton of different choices when choosing where to purchase your children's clothing and accessories. We pride ourselves on our stellar customer service and quick turn around time of up to 21 business days. We are very upfront about our expected TAT and we do not issue refunds because we expect our customers to be informed consumers.
