How long will it take from order placement to receive my tracking number or pickup info notification?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are then processed in the order in which they are received. SUCB ships weekly; we make it our goal to get you your merchandise as soon as possible. Please note that we do not process or ship orders Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. When ordering, please keep in mind that we are a small business (PLEASE SEE ABOUT US). We do not work Holidays. If your bank is closed, so are we. During busy holidays please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled. The majority of our products are on a 14 day turnaround excluding any applicable holidays. If you do not receive your tracking by 14 days, and/or we expect a delay we will contact you. We do not refund items because of failure to read the item description or this information. This is your responsibility as an informed consumer.

How long from tracking does it takes to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped Via USPS unless other arrangements have been made. USPS takes approximately 2-7 days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.
